Tom is the LLC Manager and a founding Member of Aviapool, Tom drives the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence, with a focus on growing Aviapool’s role as a single source, trusted partner for airlines, MROs, and aviation professionals around the world to source seamlessly from the world’s tooling manufacturers.

With degrees from both the University of Notre Dame and Michigan State University, Tom brings decades of aviation support leadership experience in finance, operations, and business development to Aviapool. He is instrumental in guiding the company’s international growth, fostering the teams to build long-term customer and vendor relationships, and dedicated service and quality with continuous improvement.

Under Tom’s leadership, Aviapool continues to innovate and expand its comprehensive tooling solutions — including purchase, loan, calibration-repair, and consignment services — supporting the safe and efficient maintenance of aircraft worldwide. 

Based in Ada, Michigan, Tom is actively involved in both the local business community, local governance, and broader industry networks. He has been quoted emphasizing Aviapool’s commitment to community engagement and regional collaboration, including participation in the Ada Business Association.

Outside of his professional endeavors; married over forty years with two fine adult sons, Tom is known for his passionate support of family and community causes. A fun personal note: he’s an enthusiastic Rottweiler lover, having had eight to date, through the years— affectionately stating that “his kids are his dogs, and his dogs are his kids.”
